No balance is required to create an ad; you can create ads at any time. However, ads are displayed in the Market only if the required amount is available on your account balance. To have buy ads displayed in search results, a minimum balance is required on your account - 0.0003 BTC (to activate Bitcoin ads), 0.05 ETH (to activate Ethereum ads), or 10 USDT (to activate Tether ads). This requirement is introduced to minimize the number of ads from users who are not actively trading. To have sell ads displayed in search results, the balance must exceed the minimum trade limits set by you.
